Notice for 104 Executive Committee Meeting

Sir/ Madam,
We are all of the knowledge that OJEE E-Counseling for 2012 has already begun & by 12 July 2012 choice locking shall close for 1st round Allotment. Further Hon'ble High Court on 28.6.2012 passed an interim stay order on filling up of 15% NRI seats by Chairman JEE. So to discuss on these issues the association has decided to call for an Executive Committee Meeting on 13 July 2012.

We request all members to make it convenient to come to the meeting on the scheduled date, time & venue mentioned below. The meeting shall be followed by lunch.

We further request that the Membership for the year 2012-13 is due. We are enclosing the list. Kindly bring your dues to the meeting. Your contribution is extremely necessary to carry out the functions of the Association, like fighting court cases & daily work.
A line of confirmation shall be highly appreciable.
