ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON WEB COUNSELLING/ E-COUNSELLING

Sir/ Madam,
We are extremely sorry to inform that the one day Workshop on web Counseling which was scheduled to be held on 25 June 2012 has been re-scheduled to be held on 26 June 2012 from 3.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. as NIC Officials are not being available on 25th June due to Start of Registration for OJEE Counseling for 2012

In this context we request that only 2 representatives shall be allowed from each Institute i.e. one management member & one person who looks into the admission process in your institute must come for this demo presentation. Kindly maintain this strictly as there is shortage of space.
The Demo Presentation shall begin from 4.00 p.m. Commissioner-cum Secretary, Technical Education, VC, BPUT & Chairman JEE-2012 shall be present on the Occasion. So we request everybody to be present at the venue by 3.00 p.m. to avoid rush

Here we would like to inform that a huge expenditure shall be incurred in Organizing this one day e workshop on E-Counseling Process. So to meet this huge expenditure we request each College to contribute Rs.2000.00 for this Workshop. We request to pay Rs.2000.00 shall paid through Cheque on or before 26.6.2012

Further I request all members to send their confirmation to attend the Workshop in the enclosed Confirmation Form. The Confirmation should reach Association Office through mail /Special messenger latest by 25th June 2012. Without prior Confirmation nobody shall be allowed to attend the one the workshop. This is necessary for us to make arrangements accordingly. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Further I request all members to bring their Membership dues on the same date as per the enclosed list, otherwise it shall be very difficult for us to allow you to attend the demo Presentation of the E-counseling process.
